Terms and Conditions
Birthday packages vary, and different game packages offer difference game inclusions. Booking contact terms and conditions must be read, signed, and verified by the customer at the time of booking, with a further agreement to pay the remaining balance prior to the party commencing. Bookings are required in advance and are subject to availability. A 20% non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking. The15 minute time allocation for birthday cake is nonnegotiable. Venue will not be exclusive use and will be open to the public. A responsible parent/gradian must be always present during the party and is responsible for escorting guests to toilets and food handling. Further terms and conditions may apply.
